These open areas are owned and maintained by the Brimfield Homeowners Association according to the community bylaws and are available for use by all residents of the Brimfield community.

Please be sure to take any trash, such as leftover food containers, bottles, and cans, with you when you leave the common areas. We do not have trash collection at any of common areas except during special events hosted by the HOA.
